This book is about two friends, Mukund and Riaz, and their friendship. The story setting was made in the background of the India-Pakistan partition in 1947. The story highlights the value of friendship and the loss of fun, such as playing games, enjoying ice-creams, and longing for friends are barbed by political decisions. The illustrations are created by ‘applique work’, art is commonly done by both Sindh in Pakistan and Gujarat in India. This book is a blend of friendship through historical facts and events.
