She loves her profession and respects the librarian’s community, who are self-motivated to achieve heights. Learning new things is her passion, and love for her children is her spiritual life. Her family and her loved ones are her motivation. Her small world is her work and her family.

Being associated with Liferarians for a long period has made him vulnerable to the dynamics of getting involved in all facets of learning. His attempt to emphasize here is that Learning with a Liferarian tribe is ‘Sahaj’ and spontaneous. In the Liferarian tribe, there is no space for worry but ample space for professional growth.

She is a lifelong learner. She is passionate about improving her skills and knowledge. Her efforts towards progression and to become a global citizen makes her unique. She very well demonstrates this through best practices and collaboration with professionals from the organization. To educate and empower students from inception is her objective where she utilizes her skills, knowledge and experience acquired over the years, to maximum potential.

She was also recognized for her work and was awarded the “Project Star Award”. Currently, she is at Podar ORT International School, as a teacher-librarian for all three curriculums PYP, MYP & DP. She likes to explore various tech tools and uses them to enhance student learning.

Linda trains and coaches teachers and school leaders in Texas, across the United States, and around the world to support the implementation of best practices, inquiry-based teaching, and student agency.

While her master’s degree in Library and Information science has helped her to set up solid structure & policies for the library, her zeal towards exploring new methods, technology, concepts to improve library efficiency has taken her passion to new heights. She has not only increased the efficiency of her library but shares best practices with fellow librarians and with other branches of her school, too. Spreading the joy of making a library a vibrant learning centre is a gratifying experience.

A professional with a Diploma in Training & Development, Masters in Tourism and Bachelors in Hospitality Management, she is very keen and focused on engaging personally and professionally in people well-being, engagement, learning and development. She is a strong and effective communicator with high empathy, interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence. She collaborates very well with diverse teams and often finds creative problem-solutions. Mature and balanced, she has a very positive, affable, energetic and humorous disposition.

With 12+ experience in working with IB Schools and played roles as a Career Counselor, SEN & CAS Coord, Teacher History & Global Perspectives. Always challenging himself with new & innovative things, staying optimistic, eager to learn, and unlearn. He enjoys cycling, innovative & organic cooking, and reading.

From setting up to oversee three libraries literally from boxes, in an Arabic school in 1990 at the beginning of her profession, to inspiring, teaching literacy skills and creating engagements for youngsters related to the fantasy world of books, it has been an enriching and stimulating journey the past 20 years. Somewhere from these experiences emerged the idea of a reading club which currently is her obsession with imparting the similar passion of reading as hers. In her past time assuming any, she appreciates tuning in to the music of the 1980s, cultivating and engaging in quizzing.
